Levan Khabeishvili: Ivanishvili and his government are forcing our partners and friends to take the hardest steps - the time of sitting at home with remotes in front of the TV is over, Ivanishvili "cancels" Georgia

According to the resolution of the European Parliament, if the "Russian law" is adopted, visa-free travel will be revised, the European Union will stop negotiations with Georgia, Ivanishvili forces our partners to take the hardest steps. The resolution also calls for the release of the main opposition leader, Mikheil Saakashvili, Levan Khabeishvili, chairman of the "United National Movement", writes about this on the social network.

According to his assessment, "Georgian Dream" forces Georgia's partner countries to take the hardest steps.

"Extremely heavy resolution for our country. After the announcements, by the decision of 480 out of 425 MEPs, visa liberalization will be revised in case of adoption of the Russian law, the European Union will stop negotiations with Georgia. It is extremely difficult and sad for our country. Ivanishvili and his government are forcing our partners and friends to take the hardest steps.

This means an economic blockade, a change in the constitutional structure of the country - deviation from the European course, extreme hardship and the hardest reality for Georgia. The resolution demands the release of the main opposition leader Mikheil Saakashvili and the provision of a minimally objective election environment, where the people will decide the fate of his country, not Ivanishvili.

My dears, the time of sitting at home, sitting in front of the TV with remotes and absolutely everything loses its meaning is over. Ivanishvili cancels Georgia!

Let's protect our country, our homeland, and absolutely everyone should join the fight against the Russian law and government.

Strength is in unity, strength is in the people, strength is in Europe!", Levan Khabeishvili wrote on the social network
