Armenian police detain “thief-in-law” Merab Kalashov in Yerevan

Armenian police have detained “thief-in-law” Merab Kalashov in Yerevan. Armenian police press office says Kalashov has been wanted by French law enforcers since 2015 on charges of participating in the preparation of a crime, hiding property stolen by an organized criminal group, and money laundering.

The Armenian police reported the arrest of Kalashov to the Central National Bureau of Interpol.
