De facto South Ossetian President lays wreath at Unknown Soldier’s tomb in Moscow

Anatoly Bibilov, the de facto President of the occupied region of South Ossetia, laid a wreath at the tomb of Unknown Soldier in Moscow. Anatoly Bibilov will hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin today.

"President is paying an official visit to Moscow by the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The meeting of the two presidents is scheduled for November 14," says the statement of the de facto president's press office.

The parties will discuss "issues of deepening of bilateral relations, as well as regional and international agenda."
