Irakli Kobakhidze meets with US Chargé d’Affaires

Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze met with US Chargé d’Affaires Courtney Austrian.

According to the Administration of the Government of Georgia, the Head of Government congratulated Courtney Austrian on her appointment and wished her success.

"During the meeting, the parties discussed Georgia-U.S. relations.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed that Georgia is prepared to restore its strategic partnership with the U.S. 'from a clean slate.' Irakli Kobakhidze emphasized the significant role of the Chargé d’Affaires in this process.

Levan Zhorzholiani, Head of the Administration of the Government of Georgia, also attended the meeting," reads the statement.
