Revaz Nadaraia: Court hearing to resume on Monday – we have a significant amount of work ahead; I am not sure if we will finish next week, but if not, we can take a break the following week

By decision of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Revaz Nadaraia, the court hearing regarding the potential declaration of five opposition parties as unconstitutional will resume on Monday at 14:00.
Furthermore, as Nadaraia stated, the Plenum will also announce its decision on Monday regarding a motion filed by the party "Gakharia – For Georgia." This motion concerns the questioning—as witnesses—of specific political figures, including Bidzina Ivanishvili and other current or former leaders of "Georgian Dream." Following this, the proceedings will move to the stage of review on the merits.
"Once the motions have been addressed, the review on the merits will begin. The hearing will commence with a report from the rapporteur judge. I will announce the decision on Monday, at which point we will also move into the substantive hearing phase. The past three days have shown that there is a significant amount of work ahead of us. I am not certain whether we will finish by next week; if we do not, we can take a break the following week. Sessions will be scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I am not asking either party to come—everyone is required to attend!" stated Nadaraia.
