Protests continue on Rustaveli Avenue

A protest rally is underway on Rustaveli Avenue, near the Parliament.

The main avenue of the capital is still blocked today. The protest in Tbilisi has been going on for the 116th day.

The protest participants have brought Georgian and European Union flags.

The protesters' demands remain unchanged - the appointment of new elections and the release of those detained during the protests.
