Protests continue on Rustaveli Avenue – traffic blocked

The protest rally near the parliament has resumed. Citizens blocked traffic on Rustaveli Avenue.

After the protesters blocked the road, the police left Rustaveli Avenue.

The protesters chanted: “Fire to the oligarchy!”, “Freedom to the regime’s prisoners!”, “For the truth to the end!”.

It is noteworthy that citizens have been gathering daily for the 106th day in protest with the same unchanging demand: the appointment of new elections and the release of those detained during the protests.
