"Vivamedi" Director on Mzia Amaglobeli: Continued treatment in hospital was necessary – She continues hunger strike

Zurab Chkhaidze, the director of "Vivamedi" clinic, stated that Mzia Amaglobeli, the founder of "Batumelebi" and "Netgazeti," who is on a hunger strike, will continue receiving treatment at the clinic.

According to him, changes were observed in the results of laboratory tests, making it necessary for Amaglobe to continue treatment under hospital conditions.

"The patient, Amaglobeli, was admitted to the clinic and underwent necessary laboratory and instrumental examinations. The results were reviewed, and she was offered inpatient treatment, to which she agreed. She is currently receiving inpatient care. Naturally, there were changes in the laboratory test results, which is why continued treatment in a hospital setting was necessary. She continues her hunger strike," Chkhaidze told "TV Pirveli."
