Protests continue, Rustaveli Avenue blocked

Citizens' protest continues on Rustaveli Avenue.

Protesters who had previously gathered near the Public Broadcaster joined those gathered near the Parliament.

Participants of the rally in solidarity with Batumelebi and Netgazeti founder Mzia Amaglobeli also marched from Marjanishvili Square to Rustaveli Avenue.

Citizens have been demanding the release of those detained during the protests and the appointment of new elections for 64 days.

Traffic on Rustaveli Avenue is blocked.
