Bishop of the Baptist Church Malkhaz Songulashvili to the police: we express solidarity with the children who were beaten and tortured - it is everyone's shame

We express our solidarity with the children who were beaten, tortured in our city and it is a shame for everyone - your shame, our shame, our country's shame - may God enable you to always be on the side of justice and act according to the dictates of your conscience in every decision you make, - This is what the Bishop of the Evangelical-Baptist Church of Georgia, Malkhaz Songhulashvili, addressed to the law enforcement officers standing on Chichinadze Street.
The cleric asked the policemen to love their future.
"We all believe that God is one, humanity is one, this planet is one, and for us, the inhabitants of this country, this is one motherland where we live, and the tiny part of life that a person has to spend on this country is better spent in peace, in love , in freedom, in mutual respect.
We wear different clothes, we read different scriptures, but we all serve the same work, so that a person can see God, see a person, be able to express sympathy for a person who is oppressed, humiliated, oppressed. We express our solidarity with the children who were beaten and tortured in our city, and it is a shame for everyone - your shame, our shame, our country's shame. We have no one and nothing in this country better than these children. If they are not us, we have no future, neither our culture has a future, nor our country has a future. Save, love your future. Love those who are most precious in us. May God bless you, bless you all, and enable you to always be on the side of justice and act according to the dictates of your conscience in every decision you make. May God be with you, may God be with us, may God be in Georgia," Malkhaz Songhulashvili addressed the police representatives.
