As "InterpressNews" was told in "Vivamed" clinic, Elisashvili left the hospital last night after providing outpatient services.
"He was with us, he provided outpatient services yesterday evening and was discharged yesterday," they said in "Vivamed".
In addition, "InterpressNews" talked to Aleko Elisashvili's lawyer, Giorgi Rekhviashvili, who said that at the moment, they have no information about Elisashvili's health condition.
"Yesterday, he left "Vivamed" and was transferred back to the Dusheti detention center, although we have no information about his health condition. The medical institution does not provide us with information. Requesting information from the clinic takes time. We will know in a few hours when they will be taken to Tbilisi, as today the process is underway regarding the prevention measure. I am waiting for a call from the investigator, the session can be scheduled at any time", said the lawyer.
For information, one of the leaders of "Strong Georgia", Aleko Elisashvili, was arrested by the law enforcement officers at the "Courtyard Marriott" at the time when the meeting of the 4 opposition parties that crossed the barrier ended on December 4. At first, he was transferred to the pre-trial detention center of Dusheti, and then it was necessary to transfer him to the "Vivamed" clinic.
For information, on December 3, the chairman of the "National Congress of Azerbaijanis of Georgia", Ali Babaev, said that he was verbally and physically insulted by one of the leaders of the "Strong Georgia" coalition, Aleko Elisashvili. According to Babaev, the incident happened on December 2, in the evening hours, near one of the pharmacies located in the vicinity of the Philharmonic Hall. According to his explanation, as a result of the incident, he needed to be taken to the clinic. Elisashvili is arrested on the fact of alleged violence against Babaev.
