The law enforcement officers periodically try to disperse the participants of the rally in the area adjacent to the Parliament with water jets, which they release from the building of the legislative body.

At the front facade of the parliament, citizens take water from the fountain with a sieve and pour it back to the special forces stationed on the facade.

At the same time, police forces are stationed both on Freedom Square and on Chichinadze and Chitadze streets.

The Department of Special Tasks has cordoned off both streets, therefore it is impossible to go to the back side.
