Keti Asanidze, winner of the award "The Best Management Specialist 2024" in the interview, shares her career path, creative influences, and personal milestones, offering a rare insight. We share Keti Asanidze's narrative:

Tell us about your profession…

I am a manager, or, in other words, a management specialist. Management is not just a Profession for me. It is a passion, a hobby that I thrive in. I feel like a fish in water. My advice is to leave all the places where you are not happy. Time has an alternative value. Find something you love to do that will become part of your life, something you are good at. Because what is inside you is exactly what others see in you. Financial prosperity accompanies success. In fact, every step has feedback from the universe. Put all your efforts in and spend yourself to the end to get the result. There is balance, regularity in everything, everything is considered on one scale. You become financially successful naturally, by taking the right actions and building trust and reputation. Then great success comes automatically. Over time, we are able to identify and forecast the events happening around us. Leadership is a way of demonstrating the ability of a manager in a charismatic way, when a vision that you share, which may not yet exist in practice, is so convincing to others that it causes them to admire and automatically engage in implementation. This is art. Hence, the leader automatically takes responsibility for the actual implementation of the vision, which brings prosperity to the masses. The leader influences the behavior of the masses, creates trends, fashions - it is unforgettable and creates history, while on the other hand, it may be plain and simple in ordinary everyday life.

Get to know the community, tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do...a brief overview and the path that led you to where you are today. What potential does the business environment of Georgia have?

I completed studies at the Caucasus Business School in 2011-2015. I have a master’s degree in Management. My competencies also include finance, marketing, sales management. Accordingly, my experience is in the direction of management, strategic planning and execution. Ten years ago, I founded a management-consulting investment business and acted as a managing partner. I provided management services to other companies. I have contributed to the formation of the strategy and development of the systems of more than 50 organizations representing different sectors in the Georgian market, but also reforming sectors, initiating reforms and implementing changes. Ten years ago, this business was new in Georgia. It was not yet popular, and the management contract was difficult to sell. The idea was as follows: by diagnosing the organization, we reveal the weak points of the organization and build the strategy in such a way as to make the system sustainable, increase profits and income, establish the company as a brand and make it a market leader. During this period, I shared

international practices and participated in world business and investment forums in different countries (OECD Paris, 2017, Wobi Milan 2017, Eastern Partnership Business Forum Latvia 2015, etc.). I also own international awards: for the best performance of management projects and for the best social reform. Currently, I am the director and co-founder of Blitz Dental Kakhaber Kharebava Clinic. We have been a market leader for 5 years and serve more than 25,000 customers.

conditions of the partners chains throughout the organization, planning-disposing-control of

budget growth, strategic planning, organization, execution, follow the process from the start to the end, I tend to pursue all my work till its completion. Also, important qualities are working on oneself and own weaknesses, making decisions. I discuss a lot before making a decision, and if I step forward, I don’t go back to the past. Concentration on the main tasks, keeping balance in all situations, calmness, acceptance, faith, motivation, change management, unanimity of the word and actions - thus you become reliable and reputable. I also have well-developed skills in: reform management, creation of sustainable systems, entrepreneurship, growth of company ratios, investment and innovation management, capital management and growth, demand growth and consumer behavior change, intercultural negotiations and communication management. Intuition for business and political planning, goal setting and execution; calmness, faith, self-motivation, motivation of others. The ability to solve complex issues in simple and reasonable ways, to predict events from the outside. High emotional intelligence. Creative approach and individual calligraphy, which are the most important to achieve original results. As for the Georgian business environment: a strategic issue is the close integration of Georgia with the international market, globalization and attraction of cheap financial resources. Bringing in financial institutions for economic and business development. Georgia, its natural geographical location and landscape make it a hub and, therefore, it is clearly attractive and promising to the rest of the world from all angles. Considering this strength, we will build a market, an investment center, bring in international partners and investors. On the other hand, Georgian companies expand into the international market, if appropriate internal guarantee systems are provided.

The fact that you are a woman, how much does it help you in running your business...

In my opinion, men and women are equal. The fact that I am a woman does not make me different from men in my area and does not give me fewer responsibilities. A female professional is just as confident as a male professional. If you create a new value, it will be in demand anywhere in the world and in every society, there are no territorial boundaries or language,

gender, etc. barriers when selling the intelligence product. Women should be motivated to have the right ambition, get a quality education and become a professional, create a product. Financial independence builds self-confidence. My advice is: live your own life, see and seize the chance, because many other chances are tied to one chance!

Share a challenging situation that you have encountered in your career or business and how you overcame it. What did you learn from this experience?

There are no inexplicable events in life, difficult moments are a chain of certain actions and are often expressed in a financial or other type of crisis. At the same time, it is an opportunity and becomes a new starting point when we have to reevaluate the past, confront our fears… as they don’t exist in reality, analyze why certain events happened and refine less effective steps. Accept criticism - it supports personal growth. Let’s take more responsibility for ourselves, respond to criticism. You can get up from a crisis, and it starts with changing yourself first. Every new day is a new life - a new chance. We are born every day. We cannot change the past, but we can create the future. There have been difficult moments in my life. They have made me stronger and led me to take more responsibility for myself. Conduct an interview with yourself, take time and look in the mirror, where you will openly ask yourself questions and give the answers. If you don’t have an answer, hang questions in the air and in a few days the answer will naturally manifest from the environment. Also, listen to advice, but keep your freedom to make decisions.

What do you consider your main achievement? What achievement or project are you most proud of in your professional journey and what impact has it had on society?

There were many such projects that ventured beyond the borders of Georgia and became the winner of international awards. Back in 2013-2014, the project was about evaluating the efficiency of the company’s management. In 2017-2020 - about social reform and poverty reduction. At present - the company that I currently manage - Blitz Dental Kakhaber Kharebava Clinic, stands out in the market by introducing innovations and positioning for the highest quality of service. We provide services at European standards to local residents and tourists.

Tell us your opinion on the role of women in society...

The role of women in society and their intellectual development is very important and even crucial for the state. It is always worth investing material and immaterial resources in it. In addition to the fact that women create market value, at the same time they take responsibility for the upbringing of the next generation, which directly determines the level of development of the country in the long term. The natural intelligence, wit and skills of men and women are different, they balance each other, and I believe that a harmonious team created by representatives of both sexes achieves better success together by distributing the appropriate roles and functions. Moreover, they have equal rights and equal social value both in the organization and in family contexts.

To women who are now taking steps in their profession or business ventures, what would you

advice?

Firstly, I would advise them to get a quality education and it will really make a difference. Don’t spare energy and finances to get knowledge. There is no weapon stronger than knowledge. Theoretical knowledge is clearly manifested in practice. Also, important: independence, self-motivation, listening to oneself. Do not slow down the fire of your dream, which was during the student period. You will encounter difficulties on the way. The influence of external factors is as natural as the occasional storm or a landslide. The roads are sometimes bumpy, you may have to change the transport, manipulate the steering wheel differently, or change your shoes. All of this you have to learn in the process. Don’t stop, bring everything you start to the end. When one gives up, it’s often just the one last step left to success. If someone else did it, you can do it too. We create our own luck, fate and fortune.
