Participants of the ongoing rally in Sokhumi: we demand the resignation of Aslan Bzhania - let him go quietly, we don't want to break windows and doors

Protesters gathered near the complex of government buildings in occupied Sukhumi demand the resignation of the so-called president of Abkhazia, Aslan Bzhania, Russian media reports.

"Let him go peacefully, let him go nicely, we don't want to break windows and doors," the media quoted one of the participants of the rally.

We remind you that since this morning, a protest action has been taking place near the so-called parliament of occupied Abkhazia, where the ratification of the project of the investment agreement between occupied Sokhumi and Moscow was planned. There were several clashes between the protesters and the representatives of the so-called law enforcement agencies. The participants of the rally threw eggs, bottles and other objects at the "law enforcement" cordon. It is reported that sounds similar to shooting were heard near the building. Later, the unrest spread to the area of the so-called presidential administration. Currently, the entrances to the so-called Parliament and the "President's" administration are blocked by representatives of "force agencies", and there are a large number of protesters in front of them.
