Greta Thunberg: Georgia deserves fair and democratic elections

Georgia deserves fair and democratic elections, Swedish eco-activist Greta Thunberg said at the event organized by her in Tbilisi.
"Georgia deserves fair and democratic elections. It's that simple," said Greta Thunberg.
In addition, the eco-activist spoke about the purpose of the action organized by him and about climate changes. According to Thunberg, climate justice is impossible without social justice and she also noted that she will join the rally in front of the Parliament with the slogan "We are Europe".
"We cannot have climate justice without social justice. This protest is against the repressive authoritarian regime of Azerbaijan, specifically against the climate change conference, as well as for the justice and democracy of the entire Caucasus region," said the Swedish activist.
Swedish eco-activist Greta Thunberg, along with other activists, joined the rally in front of the Parliament on Rustaveli Avenue. For information, previously the Swedish eco-activist protested the ongoing climate change conference in Azerbaijan at Freedom Square. As the activists say, the said conference cannot be held in Azerbaijan, because Azerbaijan is an authoritarian country where critical civil society is persecuted. Citizens are also gathering on Rustaveli Avenue from 19:00, protesting the results of the October 26 parliamentary elections.
