According to the information of "Geostat", in January-July 2024, foreign trade turnover with goods in Georgia (without undeclared trade) was 12,564.5 million. USD, which is 1.6 percent more than the corresponding indicator of the previous year.

According to their own information, out of this, export 3 530.0 mln. USD was (decreased by 1.4 percent), while imports were 9,034.5 million. USD (increased by 2.9 percent).

"The negative trade balance in January-July 2024 amounted to 5,504.5 million. US dollars amounted to 43.8 percent of the foreign trade turnover", - it is noted in the information.
