Aslan Bzhania: Except for the President, the rest of the leaders of Georgia, are pragmatic - I do not rule out that the Geneva discussions will lead to some results

According to Aslan Bzhania, the so-called president occupied Abkhazia, the current leaders of Georgia are pragmatic. Bzhania talked about the above in a conversation with the Russian media, in response to a question about the perspectives of the Geneva negotiations.

"Except for the President, the rest of the leaders of Georgia, according to how they behave in today's acute situation, are pragmatic, and I do not rule out that the Geneva discussions will lead to some results. I think they understand that peace is a condition for the development of both Abkhazia and Georgia. I hope so," said Bzhania.

According to him, Abkhazia wants to have good neighborly relations with "all neighbors, including Georgia".

"If the Georgian state recognizes the independence of Abkhazia, we will consider establishment of trade and economic relations in the future," Bzhania said.
