Dmytro Kuleba announces start of preparations for disconnecting Russia from SWIFT

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba announced the start of preparations for disconnecting Russia from SWIFT.

"The entire Ukrainian diplomatic corps had been working for this –from the President of Ukraine to the attaché at the Ukrainian embassy," Kuleba wrote on Facebook, adding that Ukrainian diplomats dedicate this victory to all the defenders of Ukraine.
