Sergey Lavrov: Those who repeat the theses of the NATO summit in Bucharest, play with fire

According to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, repeating the theses of the NATO summit in Bucharest is playing with fire.
Lavrov made this statement at a meeting of OSCE foreign ministers in Stockholm.
According to Lavrov, the decision of the Bucharest Summit, according to which Georgia and Ukraine will become members of NATO, is a mine that has already exploded in August 2008.
"The decision of the Bucharest Summit that Ukraine and Georgia will become members of NATO is a mine laid in the foundations of European security. Once in August 2008, this mine had already exploded when Saakashvili, who was in a state of euphoria from a NATO perspective, dared to embark on an adventure that returned to Georgia with dire consequences and brought the security situation to a dangerous level. Those who repeat Bucharest's theses and say that third countries have no right to express their position on NATO enlargement - these people are playing with fire. I am convinced that it is impossible for them not to realize this", - Lavrov stated.
Lavrov said that turning Russia's neighbors into a springboard for resistance to it, placing NATO troops in close proximity to areas strategically important for Russia's security, is categorically unacceptable.
