The people who were mainly included in the so-called "black list" of the occupation regime work in the so-called budget services of occupied Akhalgori, - Nugzar Tinikashvili, the governor of Akhalgori municipality told InterpressNews.

According to Nugzar Tinikashvili, the de facto regime fears the employees of the so-called budget services not to convey any kind of information to the territory controlled by the central government of Georgia, and therefore they tightened restrictions on their movement.

"At this stage, people living there are allowed to leave occupied Akhalgori only to receive medical services, however, the occupation regime has compiled a certain "black list" of people who will not be able to move to the territory controlled by the Georgian central government, regardless of their identity, no matter if they have the so-called "propuski". The people who were mainly included in the so-called "black list" of the occupation regime work in the so-called budget services of occupied Akhalgori. It seems the de facto regime fears the employees of the so-called budget services not to convey any kind of information to the territory controlled by the central government of Georgia, and therefore they tightened restrictions on their movement, which once again proves the disregard of fundamental human rights and the extremely inhumane approaches by the occupation regime, on which the Georgian central government focuses at all meetings held in the relevant formats", - said the Akhalgori municipality governor.
