Russia to conduct military exercises in occupied Abkhazia during the summer

The Russian military base in the southern military district of occupied Abkhazia plans to conduct more than 100 military exercises in the occupied region during the summer. The information is reported by the press service of the military district.

According to them, most of the exercises will be held in mountainous conditions at night. Each soldier in the motorized subdivision will spend a total of two and a half months in the field.

The main effort in the summer exercises will be put in the use of force against unmanned aerial vehicles and drones.

In total, up to a thousand units of military equipment will be involved in the training process.
