8 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in occupied Abkhazia in the last 24 hours, reports the media agency Sputnik.

According to the so-called operative headquarter, 5 patients recovered from coronavirus at Gudauta hospital yesterday. At the moment, 14 active patients remain at the clinic.

The so-called headquarter calls on the population to follow all safety measures in order to avoid the infection.
