World Patriarchate recommends to suspend any kind of worship and rites until the end of March

The World Patriarchate has issued a statement on the current situation with regard to coronavirus.

Apart from calling on people to follow the instructions of the health authorities, the World Patriarchate announced its decision to suspend any kind of worship and rites until the end of March, except for personal prayers in the churches that will remain open.

According to the statement, the restrictions will be revised in the future according to the pandemic situation in the world.
