Two-month pretrial detention ordered for Georgian citizen in Tskhinvali

According to the Tskhinvali occupation regime, two-month pretrial detention was ordered for a citizen of Georgia on charges of violating the so-called border and drug smuggling.

According to the so-called Security Committee, Genadi Bestaev, resident of the village of Zardiantkari, Gori municipality, was arrested for illegally crossing the so-called border near the village of Khelchua of Tskhinvali region.
