Two people were detained on administrative charges during a protest rally on Rustaveli Avenue on April 20.
As InterpressNews was told by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the protest participants are accused of committing an act under Article 173 of the Code of Administrative Offences, which pertains to disobedience to a police officer.
According to available information, Giorgi Ortoidze and Giorgi Samkharadze were detained on Rustaveli Avenue.
