Nika Gvaramia: the document on canceling the lists has been submitted to the CEC - the individual statements of those who went to the "Parliament" have already been signed and submitted, but after the canceling of the list, they will be submitted again

The document signed by me and Nika Melia on the canceling of the lists was handed over to the CEC, - Nika Gvaramia, one of the leaders of the "Coalition for Change", writes on the social network.

Nika Gvaramia publishes a document according to which he demands that the remaining candidates for the membership of the Parliament, whose eligibility was not recognized by the summary protocol of the results of the elections of the Parliament of Georgia on October 26, 2024, be removed from the party list.

"Where I am and what I am working on, I will tell you on the air today. Before that, I will introduce you to the document signed by me and Nika, which was handed over to the CEC.

The Georgian parliamentary elections of October 26, 2024 were held with the most serious violations. Based on the summary protocol of the elections, the main source of sovereignty - the Georgian people - was deprived of the constitutional right to form the government, and the elections became a formal prerequisite for the usurpation of the government by "Georgian Dream". It should be noted that Georgia's self-proclaimed so-called the meeting of the Parliament was held against the constitutional reservation, without the mandatory participation of the President. The most important thing is that the election results have been appealed to the Constitutional Court, and therefore, not only in terms of legitimacy, but also in terms of legality (formal-constitutional), the so-called Georgian Parliament assembly should be considered as usurpation of the government and the overthrow of the constitutional order in the country.

It should be noted that practically none of our democratic partners recognized the results of the October 26 elections.

In the current situation, we consider ourselves to act only in the interests of the Georgian people and the Georgian state. We completely exclude cooperation in any legal format with the group of government usurpers who have declared themselves as the parliament in the country. We consider this as complicity in illegal and illegitimate processes.

Therefore, in accordance with Article 120, Paragraph 2 of the "Election Code of Georgia" of the Organic Law of Georgia, remove from the party list the remaining candidates for membership of the Parliament, whose eligibility was not recognized by the summary protocol of the results of the elections of the Parliament of Georgia on October 26, 2024.

"Individual statements of those who went to the Parliament have already been signed and submitted, but they will be entered once again after the list is canceled," writes Nika Gvaramia.

Michał Kobosko - we hope that your government eventually would either choose the European way, the democratic way or would resign seeing the number, the size and scale of the citizens' protests
