The President of Iran congratulates Irakli Kobakhidze on the victory of "Georgian Dream" in the elections

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian congratulates Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on the successful conduct of the elections and the victory of the "Georgian Dream" party.

As stated in the appeal issued by the Iranian Embassy in Georgia, the President hopes that these elections will become the starting point for the strengthening of the relationship between the two countries and the development of cooperation between the countries of the region.

"I would like to heartily congratulate your excellency and the Georgian people on the successful parliamentary elections and the victory of the Georgian Dream party in these elections.

Hopefully, these elections, which are an expression of the will of the Georgian people, will become the beginning of the progress and well-being of the Georgian people, the strengthening of the relationship between the two countries, and the development of cooperation between the countries of the region.

I will ask the Lord for the health and success of your Excellency and the success of the friendly Georgian people", - it is mentioned in the address sent to the Prime Minister.
