President on the decision of the Tetritskaro court: Georgia will survive

Georgia will survive - one decent judge has appeared, - this is how the President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili responded to the decision of Tetritskaro District Court Judge Vladimer Khuchua, who satisfied the lawsuit of GYLA regarding the secrecy of the elections.

As Zurabishvili writes on the social network, nothing will be good for a loyal and warm-hearted citizen in the country.

"Georgia will survive - one decent judge appeared, one decent diplomat and many unknown heroes - let's not forget that nothing will happen to a loyal and kind-hearted citizen in this country. In the defense, in the police force or among ordinary citizens, there are those individuals who created the ode of Georgia. Today, everyone together creates a huge force that protects and will protect the country forever", - writes Salome Zurabishvili.

In addition, the President wrote on Platform X that "Georgia's elections were stolen".

“One judge dared to affirm that electronic voting machines violated the privacy of voting. 30 precincts were canceled... the case concerns 2,200 [precincts] and the legitimacy of the elections," Salome Zurabishvili wrote.

The Tetritskaro District Court confirmed the violation of the secrecy of the vote. Judge Vladimer Khuchua satisfied GYLA's claim. In particular, the court declared invalid the results of 30 electronic districts of Tetritskaro and Tsalka.
